Even a meat restaurant menu can (and should!) have exceptions to the rule. For the "MEAT" restaurant it is an octopus, which had been just grilled or served with a salad until now.
Now the "MEAT" restaurant has another and very interesting position: the Moroccan octopus carpaccio (590 rub.). Delicate slices of octopus are served with an emulsion of celery and lime.
