An ideal complement to the wine
The main hall of the restaurant "MEAT" welcomes guests by a legend of high gastronomy - Jamon Iberico Puro Beyota "5J". While you wait the ordered steak or taste artichoke carpaccio you can watch a virtuoso cortador slicing jamon delicate, almost transparent slices that promise rich, very interesting taste.
Jamon Iberico - is Spanish national delicacy, uncooked dried ham. Sometimes for the black hoof it is called "black-footed", as opposed to less famous Jamon Serrano with white hoof.
Tender, spicy ham of acorn-fed, melting in the mouth and leaves a creamy aftertaste, will be a great addition to a glass of wine.
