Taste of summer
Who said that meat can’t be the summer taste? Especially if we are talking about dainty, almost transparent slices – the beef carpaccio. This amazingly bright light snack will become an ideal start for a leisurely dinner or spending or the harmonious addition to a glass of cool wine.
