A traditional dish in an unusual style

The "MEAT" restaurant offers a legendary dish that you should definitely try at least once: oxtail soup.
Before appearing in English cuisine as oxtail, the recipe of this soup was already known to Asian nomads - as an exquisite delicacy served on special occasions. Oxtail soup is also cooked in Spain, the country of bullfighters and flamenco, supplemented with tomatoes and hot spices, favorite components of the colorful cuisine of the temperamental Spaniards.

At our restaurant, we have approached the famous delicacy in a creative way.  The legendary oxtail soup with our chef's unique touch is more spicy than hot, thanks to a bouquet of herbs: basil, parsley and dill.  Unusually fragrant, warming and very satisfying, oxtail soup is considered a truly masculine dish, although likely to appeal to women as well.

Guests of the restaurant will be pleasantly surprised by the unusual serving: all the ingredients of the oxtail soup - broth, meat and spices - are served separately, providing the opportunity to create a gastronomic composition to one's taste.
