Dish of December - Ribeye Kobe steak, Argentina

The legendary steak, which was only a dream to try in Moscow, is now represented in the MEAT restaurant.

The Kobe steak, which was recognized by steak fans as a standard of marbled beef, is served in two forms: the New York steak (4500 rub.) and classic Ribeye steak (5500 rub.). Fatty streaks uniformly distributed in the grain-fed Kobe steak, melt in the hot fire coal of the Hosper furnace and make the meat incomparable tender and juicy.
