Menu update in the MEAT restaurant!

After the recent change of the chef the MEAT restaurant proceeds with the menu update!
While the first update was focused exceptionally on meat dishes, this time Alexander Byshik decides to add some fish and seafood. Thus in the new menu spaghetti with crab; salmon, tuna and turbot smoked on alder firewood; udon with beef and shrimps coexist with beef cubes in Black Pepper sauce, baked lamb with mozzarella and spicy Thai chicken soup. The final touch is hot chocolate-glace as if created especially for cold weather.
Extending the menu with Asian qualities was not a typical move for the MEAT team, however, it proved to be the right one. The guests who have already tried the novelties were pleased and supported the experiment.
And we have some more news! All the New Year holidays which traditionally start on December, 1 the Meat treat with wine! The cheese plate, jamon, T-bone steak (New Zealand), Rib Eye on bone (Russia) and Rib Eye steak (Uruguay) are combined with a glass of red wine.
