The updated wine list is presented to our guests

Evolve and change, follow the trends of haute cuisine, try new things - that is the enduring creed of the Moscow "MEAT" restaurant.

Faithful to this tradition, our sommelier Ivan Chirkov presents the updated wine list, pleasantly amazing with variety that could be called "gastronomic excess". From the incredibly light wines such as "Barbera d'Alba", the straight and special taste of which will surprise even the most discerning connoisseurs, to the extremely rich and intoxicating, with striking examples like the "Unico Bodegas Vega Sicilia", "Echezeaux Domaine de la Romanee Conti". Of wines suitable for seafood (melting Spanish octopus, tender king crab meat salad and rare bluefin tuna steak), a very interesting "Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 2010" from New Zealand is offered, with a pronounced characteristic Sauvignon aroma. Also added are entries from Europe.

To connoisseurs of fine wine we offer the unrivaled classics of winemaking: without a doubt, the great houses of Italy, France and Spain are included in our selection.

Particular attention, naturally, is paid to the wishes of our guests, and the continuously expanding wine list enables you to find the most suitable wine for the chosen dishes, suiting all preferences. Meat or seafood, white wine or red - our sommelier will select the perfect combination.
