The annual Moscow Gastronomic Festival is an important event in the life of the city. Our restaurant, as a participant, is glad to welcome connoisseurs of haute cuisine! Elegant and bright meat sets, created by our chef, will surprise even the most sophisticated gastronomic experts with their taste diversity. Only here you can try deer brisket from the most untouched areas of Russian tundra, and enjoy the variations of this meat: a salad, where smoked meat, served with Kenyan beans and artichokes, unveils a new facet of exquisitely primitive taste; a sweet-spicy carpaccio that allows you to contemplate the fine flavors of raw Hungarian venison; or brisket cooked in the Josper oven, with bright and mouthwatering shades of northern meat.

Summer menu
Summer is on the menu of our meat restaurant! Summer is bright and tasty, juicy and flavorful, just as gourmets and connoisseurs of fine European cuisine like it. The summer fresh menu, which is now even more pleasant and refined, will be a real surprise for fans of healthy living. A salad with artichokes and mâche leaves, a green salad mix combined with cool wine, which an experienced sommelier will select according to your preferences, will please those that came in the heat of midday to satisfy their hunger, and young deer tenderloin or "Pappa al pomodoro" with garlic croutons will not leave even the most sophisticated lovers of the delicate and wholesome cold. Appetite rises simply from seeing the served dishes. How nice would it be to walk into a steak restaurant this time of year for a porterhouse or ribeye steak, try lamb brisket on a bone or pork ribs made on charcoal, experience the summer "bouquet garni" of fresh spices and herbs with the meat! Finally, if you order a couple of salads with this, you get delicious food just like at home - a tasty, nutritious and wholesome. No wonder that the word "restaurant" comes from the "restore".
