Tasting sets in the MEAT restaurant!

Do you order your favourite dishes every time and ignore the rest of the menu? It is a common practice, especially among regular guests. To fight this is pointless, but it is still worth giving an alternative.

Thus, starting from the beginning of January the chef Alexander Byshik offers two tasting sets at the MEAT restaurant. They include both the most popular dishes from the menu and seasonal novelties that have not gained sufficient popularity yet. Alexander is going to update the sets every two months to gradually introduce the whole menu to the guests.

The sets, valid until the end of February, are called "New Zealand" and "Asian." The first got its name because of the meat from New Zealand, which formed the basis of the set. The second one performs a selection of dishes with a strong "Asian accent", which appeared on the menu after the recent change of the chef. Each set includes a starter, a soup, main dishes in assortment and a dessert.

By the beginning of March Alexander will prepare the next two sets, which will present the cuisine of a new region and long-awaited spring novelties.

New Zealand set
Roast lamb with mozzarella (New Zealand lamb)
Soup of wild mushrooms with barley and a pie with mushrooms
Tenderloin, New Zealand, Hereford beef or Duck breast with balsamic marmalade
Honey Cake

Asian set
Salad with avocado and tomatoes
Thai soup with chicken and a cabbage pie
Wasabi Tiger prawns or salmon steak
Cheese cake

The sets cost 1900 rubles. The offer is valid till the end of winter.
