Dish of May - Hereford Tenderloin, Ireland

Regular guests of the "MEAT" restaurant already determinetheir gastronomic tastes, they know exactly what to prefer this time: melting marbled Ribeye or Striploin with tender marbling, delicate Tagliata or spicy lamb loin. However, gathering a rich collection of meat in Moscow, we primarily wanted to give our guests the opportunity to experiment, try new things, to learn previously unknown taste nuances. For this purpose the most famous beef breeds from around the world are delivered to the "MEAT" restaurant. In May, the warmest and the most promising, last month of spring, we offer to try Irish Herefordgrass-fed rump steak. Concise and a little bit lean tenderloin flavor will be pleasant for everyone who loves meat.
